GOLD BAR RULES

  1. The Gold Bar contest (hereinafter called the Promotion) is a special offer, when the client can receive real Gold. 
  2. The term of this Promotion shall be 23.05.2024 – 30.06.2024.
  3. The winner will be determined within one week after the last day of the Promotion and will be informed via email. 
  4. Promotion is only available in Malaysia. The Client needs to deposit at least 50USD to a trading account in one or more deposit transactions and have no trading with these funds to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.  
  5. To participate in the Promotion, the Client needs to complete the following steps: a) deposit 50USD to the account (Standard or ECN); b) contact us via support@MarketsVox.com with the email, topic 'Start GoldBar'; c) for every 2 lots traded, the client gets the ticket; d) the more client trades, the higher the chances for the victory are.  
  6. Only the turnover on FX and metals will be calculated in the required volume, and only for trades open after we receive an email. Deleted or pending (limited) orders, fully or partially hedged positions, trades copied via the copytrading, closed position that has less than 50 pips profit or loss or trades with a duration less than 60 seconds shall not be calculated in. 
  7. Only one trading account can participate in the Promotion at a time. 
  8. The winner of the contest will be determined via the draft that will be recorded. 
  9. Each 2 traded lots will cause the name of the client to be added to the draft list (eg. client traded 40 lots - this means that the name will be mentioned 20 times in the draft list, increasing the chances to win).
  10. The winner of the contest agrees to share the trading experience with MarketsVox on one of the websites of the Company's choice. 
  11. No bonuses can be applied to the account whilst participating in the Promotion and accounts with any bonuses applied shall not be eligible to participate. 
  12. Upon suspecting any fraudulent activity on the trading account participating in the Promotion, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such account. 
  13. The Company reserves the right to change, amend, update, or cancel the Terms & Conditions of the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
