## Cara Kerja Bebas Swap

Swap Forex tergantung pada tingkat suku bunga bank sentral dari setiap mata uang. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan seperti berikut: mata uang yang dibeli (base currency) didepositkan, sedangkan mata uang yang dijual (quoted) dipinjamkan. Makin besar perbedaan harga antara kedua mata uang dalam satu pasang, makin tinggi swap.

Tergantung dari apakah Anda memiliki posisi long atau short, swap bisa positif atau negatif. Swap positif adalah swap yang dikreditkan ke akun untuk setiap transfer posisi open setelah membeli mata uang yang bersuku bunga tinggi terhadap mata uang dengan tingkat suku bunga rendah.

Contohnya, menjual USDMXN, swap positif akan dikreditkan ke akun karena kita menjual (sell) USD dengan tingkat suku bunga rendah (0,25%) dan membeli MXN dengan tingkat suku bunga tinggi (4,25%). Setelah akun diatur menjadi bebas swap, bunga dan juga biaya tidak akan berpengaruh terhadap saldo akun.
