Kindly check the withdrawal processing time for the payment method you used. If it has passed, kindly send your bank statement to support@MarketsVox.com and provide us with details of your unreceived withdrawal (date, amount and payment details you used).
How can I make a withdrawal?
To make a withdrawal, you should firstly add your withdrawal payment details into your Client Area. It can be your bank account, bank card, crypto or electronic wallet. After the payment details are checked by our team, you can create a withdrawal under My Wallet -> Withdrawals section. For the following withdrawals, you can use the already added payment details without a need to add them again.

Why do I need to verify my bank account to make a withdrawal?
We are doing our best to ensure the security of your funds - that is why we are checking your bank details to confirm that they are correct and belong to you. Don't worry, bank account verification is a one-time procedure - after the details are verified, you can use them seamlessly.
Can I deposit using a card/bank account/cryptowallet that belongs to my relatives or friends?
No, please note that any third party transactions are prohibited - even if the details belong to your close relatives.
I received an email that my withdrawal was rejected. Why?
You can check the rejection reason in your Client Area. Please go to My Wallet -> Withdrawals and click Display Processed Refunds. There you will see the comment stating the decline reason and instructions on what to do. If you need more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
What payment method should I use for withdrawals?
Please withdraw to the same payment details that you used for depositing. If you withdraw the profit or IB commission, you can withdraw to any payment details that belong to you.
The bank account/bank card that I used to make a deposit has been closed. How can I withdraw?
Please send us a confirmation about your account closure to support@MarketsVox.com . It can be a bank statement, a screenshot from your mobile banking or an email from your bank. This is need for us to deactivate your old payment details in our system. After this is done, kindly add your new bank details and use them for your new withdrawal.
I made a deposit, but didn't receive funds onto my wallet or trading accounts. What should I do?
